Booking & Cancellation Policy HU Reiki Healings Booking & Payment All Reiki sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Payment is due at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Rescheduling & Cancellations Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice are eligible for a refund or rescheduling, subject to the original payment method and applicable payment processing limitations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment and missed appointments are generally non-refundable. Late Arrivals Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive late, your session may need to end at the originally scheduled time. Distance Reiki Sessions Distance Reiki sessions are conducted remotely. Please choose a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax without interruptions. Any session access instructions will be provided before your appointment. Technical Issues If a technical issue on our side prevents us from providing your session, we will arrange a rescheduled session or an appropriate refund.
