Welcome to HU Reiki Healings. By accessing our website, booking a consultation, purchasing a service, or participating in a Reiki session, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. About HU Reiki Healings

HU Reiki Healings provides distance Reiki healing sessions, Reiki consultations, and related wellness services intended to support relaxation, personal well-being, and self-awareness.

Our services are offered remotely and do not require clients and practitioners to be physically present in the same location.

2. Nature of Reiki Services

Reiki is a complementary wellness practice. Our sessions are intended to provide a supportive environment for relaxation and personal well-being.

Reiki is not a medical or mental health treatment and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, illness, or medical or psychological condition.

HU Reiki Healings does not provide medical advice, psychological counseling, or healthcare services.

Our services are not a substitute for
 

• Medical examinations or treatment.

• Advice from licensed healthcare professionals,

• Mental health counseling or psychiatric care,

• Prescribed medications, or recommended medical treatment.

Clients should continue consulting qualified healthcare professionals regarding their health and well-being.

3. Consultations

HU Reiki Healings offers a 30-minute consultation for $20.

Consultations provide an opportunity to discuss Reiki, ask questions, understand the distance Reiki process, and explore whether our services are appropriate for your personal wellness interests.

A consultation does not automatically include a Reiki healing session unless explicitly stated in the service description.

4. Booking and Appointments

Appointments must be scheduled through our website booking system or another booking method officially provided by HU Reiki Healings.

When booking, clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information, selecting the correct service and appointment time, reviewing the service description and duration, and completing any required intake or informed consent forms.

An appointment is considered confirmed once the required booking and payment steps have been completed and a booking confirmation has been issued.

5. Payments

All service prices are displayed on the website or booking page.

Payment must be completed according to the payment options and requirements displayed during checkout.
For services requiring full payment at booking, the appointment will not be considered fully booked until the payment process is successfully completed.

Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be disclosed during checkout where required.

6. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise.

Clients are requested to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

 

• More than 24 hours notice: Clients may request a rescheduling or cancellation.

• Less than 24 hours notice: Rescheduling or refunds may be unavailable, except where required by applicable law or approved by HU Reiki Healings.

• Missed appointments: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the payment.

• Provider cancellations: If HU Reiki Healings must cancel an appointment, clients will be offered an opportunity to reschedule or receive a refund.

If a client chooses to stop a session after it has begun, any refund eligibility will be considered separately under the applicable refund policy and circumstances.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Distance Reiki Sessions

Distance Reiki sessions are conducted remotely.

Clients are encouraged to choose a quiet, comfortable environment where they can relax without unnecessary interruptions.

Clients may participate from their preferred location. Instructions regarding session timing, preparation, and communication will be provided when appropriate.

Participation in a distance Reiki session is voluntary. Clients may decline, pause, or discontinue a session at any time.

8. Client Responsibility and Informed Consent

Clients are responsible for deciding whether they wish to participate in Reiki services.

Before participating in a Reiki healing session, clients may be required to complete an intake and informed consent form.

By participating, clients acknowledge that:

 

• They understand the complementary wellness nature of Reiki.

• They understand individual experiences and responses may vary.

• No particular results or outcomes are guaranteed,

• They may ask questions or discontinue participation at any time.

• They remain responsible for their own healthcare decisions.

9. No Guarantee of Results

Every person’s experience with Reiki is different.

HU Reiki Healings makes no guarantees regarding specific physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, or personal outcomes.

Any experiences, impressions, or intuitive insights shared during or after a session represent subjective wellness observations and should not be interpreted as medical diagnoses, professional advice, or guaranteed predictions.

10. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to communicate respectfully and provide accurate information when booking and participating in services.

HU Reiki Healings reserves the right to decline or discontinue a service where inappropriate, abusive, threatening, or disrespectful conduct occurs.

11. Privacy and Confidentiality

HU Reiki Healings respects the privacy of its clients.

Personal information collected through bookings, intake forms, consultations, and communications will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Client information will not be intentionally disclosed to unauthorized parties except where disclosure is authorized by the client, required by law, or necessary for legitimate business operations such as payment processing and appointment management.

Clients should review our Privacy Policy for additional information about how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

12. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, branding, and original materials, belongs to HU Reiki Healings or is used with appropriate permission.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

13. Website Availability and Changes

HU Reiki Healings reserves the right to update website content, service descriptions, prices, appointment availability, and these Terms & Conditions when necessary.

Changes will become effective when posted on the website, subject to applicable law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HU Reiki Healings is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or participation in our services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or other non-waivable legal obligations.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where HU Reiki Healings operates, without disregarding any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to clients in their place of residence.
